Araña
The Araña tool is a multi-platform drive analysis software that automatically detects multimedia files with illegal content.
Why?
The search for illegal contents on the hard drives of those accused of paedophile crimes is performed manually by specialist personnel from the State security forces.
Often such searches can prove tedious and extremely slow.
To assist in this task I allow:
- The assembly of disks formatted in different file systems.
- A customised filtering of different formats of multimedia files.
- The dynamic generation of the md5 signature of the file analysed and its comparison with a database of illegal file signatures, owned by the relevant security force.
- The option of incorporating new business logic for analysis and comparison.
- Multi-platform software.
- The generation of analysis traces for their implementation and use in potential legal actions.
- The possibility of defining the maximum analysis depth.
