If your company sponsors us it will be eligible for the tax breaks stipulated in Law 49/2002, of 23 December, on the Tax Scheme of Non-Profit Organisations and Tax Incentives for Patronage (Official State Gazette no. 307, 24 December 2002).

This law allows the following tax breaks:

Spanish corporate income taxpayers will have the right to deduct from the total tax due after deductions 35% of the tax base corresponding to these concepts.

The donations corresponding to taxable periods which are not deducted immediately may be applied in the tax liquidations for the tax periods that end within the 10 consecutive years immediately following the donation or contribution (art. 20).

Corporate volunteers

Your company can also support us through contributing personnel that will help us achieve our social objectives.

The Alia2 Foundation has volunteer programmes for corporate personnel to participate in the different social actions in our fight against online child pornography and cyber-bullying.
