ALIA2 FOUNDATION WAS INVITED TO EXHIBIT THEIR WORK AT THE MADRID ASSEMBLY
The Madrid Assembly invited, last February 15, to Alia2 Foundation to present their work to the political parties in the room. During the exhibition issues was raised in the fight for an Internet safer for our children.
PAULINO CASTELS, TRUSTEE OF ALIA2 FOUNDATION, PUBLISHES: “WE HAVE TO EDUCATE”
Paulino Castells, trustee of Alia2 Foundation and contributor to the blog “Educando”, published his latest book, “We have to educate”. The work will be presented on March 10th in Barcelona in Abad Oliva University, and on March 23 th in Madrid, in CEU San Pablo University.

Currently, according to the Alia2 report, Spain has 16435 Internet users who have child pornography. We are the 2º country in the world with the biggest number of files of child pornography, with 47742 files detected between P2P lines (11% of the total archives worldwide).

Spain is ranked first in Europe and second in the world for the exchange of files via P2P suspected to have paedophilic content. At this time, 61% of the digital crimes that are committed in our country are believed to be of this type. This is one of the conclusions of the study carried out by Foundation Alia2.
