Onda Cero Valencia interviewed our director Miguel Comín last Tuesday the 14ht of June. They were interested in legal situation caused by the Supreme Court ruling of which overturned the conviction of a photographer who was sentenced by the Audiencia Provincial de Tarragona in June 2010.

According to the Foundation Alia2 director, the value of the digital fingerprint was questionable, so as the recoverable trace of existence of a file on a computer as evidence of a crime.  Currently, possession of files containing sexual abuse of child is considered a crime only if it has been kept for a minimum period of time. Miguel Comín added that society needs adequate legislation to address these situations, referring to the motion on the undercover agent who represented the Partido Popular in the Senate on March 23.
