First step to create the image of the undercover agent in the netwotk
The Public Defender for Minors in the Community of Madrid and Alia2 Fundation have obtained the Senate approval for the regulation of the figure of an undercover agent in the Net.
This request has come to the Senate by the Popular Senator Rosa Vindel, who has worked together with Alia2 Foundation in this proposal. Alia2 Foundation is a proud that the Senator of the popular group, Rosa Vindel, used data of Alia2 report, submitted on February 8 to make this request.
According to Vindel , "the undercover agent will be an official of the Security Forces of the State whose mission will be to infiltrate in the network" to fight against the spread of sexual content involving children.
The Senator has pointed out that "the undercover agent is necessary to prosecute these crimes because criminals take all sorts of precautions and work in closed groups. Only people who have previously demonstrated their inclination have access to them “and there is not legal precaution for it yet.
